John Hui & Associates (JHA), established in 1985, is specialized in deluxe residential buildings, recreational resorts, industrial and institutional buildings inclusive schools, library, computer research centres and churches.  The major guide-line adopted by this firm is the attainment of the highest quality design alongside modern design concepts while maintaining the proper functioning of the accomplished building to meet with clients’ and users’ requirements.  Offering comprehensive service to clients and developers, JHA comprises professionals in processing Town Planning applications, Exchange of Land especially in the NT, Change in Usage etc.  We expertize in Project Management as Coordinator of large projects to ensure efficient liaison among developer / design team / planning / survey teams etc. in Hong Kong, China, Southeast Asia.  JHA is well versed in Property Management of complex projects in leading and coordinating consultants to achieve smooth running of projects to meet clients’ goals.  Dr. Hui is now practicing under his personal capacity.
